Introduction

I received my Master of Arts degree in counseling from MidAmerica Nazarene University with an empasis in Marriage, Couple, and Family counseling. I'm Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Kansas. I enjoy working with couples, Individuals and families struggling with variety of Mental healthy concerns. My approach for counseling is attachment based, Experiential and Emotion-focused theories. I believe in relational approach which has roots in these theories and is focused in creating connections in relationships. I truly believe there is hope within everyone that can be revived through a healthy and compassionate therapeutic relationship. I understand it takes courage for individuals to explore and process difficulty issues. What i provide is an empathic, safe, and none judgemental space to individuals, couples, and Families that allows you to process emotions and experiences in the moment. It is important to me to foster a sense of Acceptance, self- awareness and self- Compassion. My passion is to integrate spirituality in counseling to those who want to as i walk along side those who are experiencing hopelessness, pain, trauma, grief, depression, anxiety and relational distress.
