Introduction

I work with adults struggling with depression and anxiety who tend to grapple with a variety of issues like feelings of inadequacy, loneliness, low motivation, people pleasing, unworthiness and irritability. Some feel that they are not capable of getting to where they want to go in life, without a little help. These struggles often reflect how we relate to ourselves and to other people, and can be rooted in childhood relationships. Whatever feelings, or symptoms, you are struggling with, they DO serve a purpose. What are they telling you about your life? I use a relational approach to heal relationship issues and focus on gently making what is unconscious, conscious. As such, it is my intention to develop an openness and honesty between myself and my clients; to be real and engaged while also holding a space for understanding and meaning. I have an ear for the unconscious voice that is yearning to be heard. If you are struggling, please don’t hesitate to pick up the phone and call me today. I offer a free 20-minute phone call to talk about why you are seeking therapy and to answer any questions you might have. It will also give you a feeling for what it would be like for us to work together.
