Introduction

I work with a number of different presenting issues including men's issues, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, life changes, couples and those who are struggling with substance use. Through tele-counseling (video conferencing), I can be a non-judgmental "sounding board" to determine where you need to be in your path toward health and wellness. People move toward health and wellness every day! I invite you to take the leap of faith to pick up the phone, log-in or reach out for help from someone who is ready and willing to help.
