Introduction

The mythical phoenix, known for its ability to rise from ashes, symbolizes renewal. Similarly, our nervous system possesses neuroplasticity, allowing our brain and body to regenerate and form new connections between brain cells. With evidence-based therapies, we can cultivate and integrate these connections in beneficial ways, mirroring the phoenix's capacity for healing and regeneration, both for ourselves and others. Seeking mental health support signifies strength, not brokenness. Our brains are naturally wired for survival, responding to past traumas with protective patterns. However, evidence-based tools offer pathways to heal and flourish beyond these survival mechanisms. My therapeutic approach integrates various evidence-supported methods with an experiential and interactive style. For instance, trauma work might focus on establishing present-moment safety within your body. Addressing a critical inner voice could involve fostering self-compassion. Relationship difficulties can be explored and improved through skill-building in individual or group settings. Please feel welcome to contact me for a free consultation.
