Introduction

✋🏽 Are you struggling with trying to juggle all the many roles and responsibilities you have? ✋🏻 Maybe you have it “all together” on paper with achievements and accolades, but you still feel stuck…unfulfilled? ✋🏿 Do you hear all about work/life balance and self-care but have no clue where to start? 🙌 Maybe… all of the above! No worries and no judgment because I am here to help. Over the last 10 years, I’ve guided many adults through the process of breaking up with an exhausting quality of life. I specialize in working with individuals seeking realistic coping strategies for work/life balance, anxiety, depression, and life stressors/transitions…essentially adulting. 😩 I LOVE working with my clients to facilitate the process of positive change in their lives and then witnessing them reap the benefits of a better quality of life. Clients often tell me they appreciate my genuine warmth and acceptance while others enjoy my collaborative style…and there may be some humor, growth does not have to be super serious. My mission is to provide a non-judgmental and empowering space for us to work towards identifying and reaching your goals. My approach to therapy is integrative as I do not believe therapy is “one size fits all” therefore I am sensitive to balancing my expertise with your specific values, goals, and needs. Overall, my goal is to turn your challenges into a plan of action that will create positive change in your life, well beyond our sessions. 🥳 If you resonated with anything you read, you might be thinking “So where do I start?” You can start by booking a session or sending me a message and I will take it from there! Talk to you soon! Dr. Adell Flowers (Licensed in Georgia, New Jersey, & Washington) NOTE TO POTENTIAL CLIENTS: I generally respond within 24 hours on weekdays, sometimes sooner! If you are in crisis or in immediate need of support, please call 911 or local emergency services. You can also call 988 or 1-800-273-TALK (8255) to talk to someone right away.
