Dr. Amanda McLean is a Licensed Psychologist in the states of Virginia and Oklahoma and a Registered Telehealth Psychologist in the state of Florida. She has been a therapist for over 15 years, and her passion is helping clients develop healthy coping strategies for managing the challenges of life. Many of Dr. McLean's clients come in to address anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment to life transitions. Dr. McLean is passionate about serving teenagers as well as adults across the lifespan. Dr. McLean's approach to therapy incorporates strategies from Internal Family Systems as well as cognitive, behavioral, acceptance, and value based treatment strategies.
