Introduction

As a parent, do you find yourself wondering, 'am I doing everything that I can to support my child and his or her success?' When it comes to working with children, it can be hard to know how to provide the best support for academic, behavioral, and social-emotional development. I want to take this moment to express gratitude that you're taking the first step to seek out support for your child and your family. I'm here to help! Reaching out a school psychologist and parent coach may feel intimidating, but I hope that you take a moment (and maybe a deep breath) to reach out and see how I can help and support you and your family. Whether it's navigating toddler temper tantrums, developing parenting skills, choosing a therapist to help your child, and/or determining what special learning needs your child has, I'm here to support you, your child, and your family as you learn new skills. Together, we can work towards taking small steps that have positive, lasting outcomes. During my 10+ years as a school psychologist and parent coach, I have helped youth and families develop coping skills, learn to manage stress, and develop positive parenting skills. Also, I have worked with schools to provide training and support to help with students' social, emotional, and educational needs.
