Introduction

Since 2008, I have worked with adolescent and adult clients seeking evidence-based solutions for mood, anxiety, and ADHD-related concerns. I provide diagnostic evaluations, and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to help those with ADHD improve in the areas of executive functioning (e.g. organization, prioritization skills), distractibility management, and adaptive thinking skills. I also enjoy working with clients dealing with adjustment to significant life changes. My goal is to provide professional support, and practical strategies for living a more effective and valued life.
