I'm a grief/bereavement specialist who companions adult clients as they navigate life and loss transitions to cultivate a fulfilling life. In our interactions, clients learn to tolerate distressing emotions and situations while learning more about themselves, skills that help them cope, and that they are not "broken." I believe in humor, relationships, and the power of ice cream. I focus on strengths and values, provide validation for normal reactions/feelings, and help Clients find meaning and purpose.
