Introduction

I work with adults and teens and specialize in anxiety, trauma, and perinatal mental health. With the foundation of a supportive, non-judgmental relationship, I often utilize mindfulness and EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) to help clients find peace and alignment.
