Dr. Avital Soep is a licensed clinical psychologist in New York and also holds a telehealth license to practice in Florida. She is dedicated to helping children, adolescents, and adults navigate life’s challenges with confidence and resilience. She earned her doctorate in School-Clinical Child Psychology from Yeshiva University’s Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology, building on a Summa Cum Laude psychology degree from Stern College for Women. With years of experience in schools, outpatient clinics, inpatient hospitals, and private practice, Dr. Soep has worked with individuals from all walks of life. She specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), providing effective, research-backed strategies for managing depression, anxiety, ADHD, borderline personality disorder, PTSD, and more. Passionate about reducing the stigma around mental health care, Dr. Soep believes in equipping clients with practical, skills-based tools to foster emotional well-being at every stage of life.
