I provide individual, couple and group therapy services to adults across the lifespan. I hold a Ph.D. and an M.A. in Clinical Psychology and a M.S. In Clinical Psychopharmacology. Licensed in Ohio, I am also credentialled through ASPPB to provide telehealth services in other states. At the current time, services are primarily provided through telemedicine by way of a secure, HIPAA compliant platform called Simple Practice. My practice is diverse and I enjoy working with people who present with a variety of challenges including (but not limited to) depression, anxiety, relationship problems, PTSD, sexuality and gender questions/concerns and addictive behaviors. I have specialized expertise in the assessment and treatment of eating disorders and addressing psychological readiness and post-op adjustment following bariatric surgery. I am experienced at collaborating with primary care and specialty clinicians to address post-partum depression, ADHD and medical problems with psychological components. I have worked extensively with U.S. military veterans and their loved ones in a variety of contexts including the assessment of service-connected disability, providing an evidence-based, trauma-sensitive residential treatment program for female veterans. I am skilled in the development, implementation and administration of workplace programs to facilitate wellness, cultural competence and dealing with traumatic events. Although I was born and raised in Los Angeles, I have lived and practiced in northeastern Ohio for more than thirty years. I am collaborative, and have a reputation for being able to ask tough questions and confront difficult issues. I am dedicated to providing compassionate and individualized care to all of the people I work with. At the present time, I am limited to the number of new people I can accomodate. You may text or email me for my current availability.
