As a provider of psychological support, I'm passionate about getting people connected with the support that they need, so I'm so glad you're here. I believe that you are most knowledgeable about your life, and my job is to provide support and assistance as you learn to understand your internal experiences and make decisions that help you achieve life goals. In my therapy relationships, I recognize the importance that relationships and community can have on building a meaningful and fulfilling life. In our work together, my hope is that I can become a part of your community to support you in your journey. I practice with a humanistic orientation and integrate acceptance and commitment therapy strategies, leaning on your own strengths and creativity to work toward your life's goals. As a knitter, who has benefited from the practice personally, and taught others this invaluable skill, I've learned to find healing in unexpected places, and have found that no one needs to navigate challenges alone. Currently, all of my services are available virtually to increase accessibility, and I'm certified to see clients in any PsyPACT participating state. (If you're unsure whether this is you, check out https://psypact.org/mpage/psypactmap). About My Training As a native to New Jersey, I received by B.A. in Psychology from the College of New Jersey, before receiving my Master's and Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from Marywood University in Scranton, Pennsylvania. I completed my pre-doctoral internship in El Paso, TX, before returning to work at Lehigh University. Throughout my training, I've spent time working in a variety of settings - from private practice to university college counseling centers, and teaching to supervising, which means I'm equipped with a wide-range of skills and experiences to support you in your struggles. About Me When I'm not providing therapy, you can find me knitting, or creating something with my hands (whether cookies, artwork, or a garden in need of much help), moving my body (yoga, cycling, hula hooping), or simply bingeing my favorite tv shows with my partner.
