Introduction

It is my deepest honor to work with humans feeling heartache inside the constraints of our modern world. If you feel a longing to express as your true self, and to experience a sense of deep acceptance and belonging for who you truly are, I’m here to shepherd you to safety in relationship with yourself, your body and others. I was brought to this work — which I approach as truly sacred— through my own personal experience of rising above trauma. I’m devoted to guiding others out of the depths of struggle and into fulfillment, joy and connection. My practice is based in the belief that we are all inherently whole. Through conditioning and relational wounding, we temporarily forget who we are and lose touch with the deep, innate wisdom of our souls and bodies. When we lose this connection, life begins to feel chaotic and daunting— we question ourselves and even feel dead inside. I believe wholeheartedly — through personal experience and nine years of supporting humans on the path— that this connection is never truly lost. What is needed is a safe space, a compassionate guide, and supportive tools to help us remember who we are and reintegrate all of our parts. With a capacity to listen deeply and a keen understanding of the complex layers of the human experience, I walk alongside my clients as they re-weave a life of self-worth, integrity, health and love. I am passionate about helping other humans reclaim their aliveness — the unique expression that transcends and includes any and all life experiences. I am clinically trained to work with complex trauma. I am committed to a healing path that is somatically rooted. I also weave in elements of relationship with the earth, ritual and the energetic body. I offer virtual sessions and in-person sessions in the beautiful outdoors with the assistance of my trusted labradoodle, Bodhi. In-person sessions take place in Boulder County via nature walks and hikes that harness the healing benefits of nature, body movement, and in-person connection. In-person office space is also available upon request.
