Dr.Claudia Capizzi-Gay is a provider who is passionate about providing care for our military and first responder community. She walks alongside of you to help you learn how to overcome your experiences of trauma, anxiety, life challenges, relationships issues, or insomnia. As a military spouse and mom her life experiences combine with her extensive training to bring a presence of real world understanding. Our work together is collaborative and leaves you feeling heard, understood, hopeful, and experiencing the relief of improvement in symptoms and daily struggles. Dr.Capizzi-Gay is a long-time trauma, anxiety, and insomnia expert and has extensive trainings through her work with the VA, the DoD, and experts in the field in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and in the gold standards of trauma treatment Prolonged Exposure, Cognitive Processing Therapy, EMDR.
