Introduction

It's always difficult asking for help to overcome problems in your life. It's common for people to feel like they are stuck & getting help with pulling yourself out of that rut is one of the best things you can do. As your psychologist, we will first spend time understanding each other, the situation, and then devise a plan of action to help you accomplish your goals. We will then develop & hone a set of strategies & skills, based on scientific research, that will help you create the life that you want. Along the way we will trouble shoot, enhance, and customize your treatment to who you are & your history as a person. The end result is therapy grounded in science, personalized for you. I subscribe to & use evidenced based treatments . These are proven strategies that help people reduce symptoms, increase their functioning, & develop a life that they want to have. These treatments help you tackle what you're struggling with now & what you may have to deal with in the future. All of this is done in a collaborative & supportive environment. I earned my doctorate in clinical psychology at the University of Indianapolis & a fellowship in psychiatric rehabilitation at the San Diego VA. I have specialty training treating PTSD, Panic Disorder, Compulsive Disorders, Agoraphobia, Depression and many diagnoses. In my free time I love spending time with my family, traveling, and watching soccer. As a PSYPACT credentialed provider (#5242) I am able to provide psychological services, virtually, from the comfort of your own home in 40 US States.
