I became a therapist so that I could help others to unlock the beautiful light that so many keep caged. On my journey, I found that my own story was actually a light for others. It is my hope that in our collective quest towards life fulfillment, internal love and unlimited connection that I inspire you to be the best version of yourself. At Inspired & Free, the goal is to help clients to become to the best versions of themselves. We help you to uncover the mental and emotional blocks that prevent you from manifesting the life that you truly deserve, in all areas of your life. We all have areas in which we need to grow, and working with a relationship expert can help you "take off the mask", uncovering your authentic self, and ultimately helping you to lead a more healthy, fulfilled & happy life. Our Therapists: Dr. Dalesa Martinez, founder & owner, currently serves adolescents ages 15+, individuals & couples, and specializes in relationships (singles & couples), trauma, anxiety, depression, self-love & finding purpose. She uses a narrative approach, allowing clients to recognize that they are the experts of their lives and guides them into creating a new story of themselves/their relationships. Corneilus Smith, MS, MFT: As a Clinical Pastoral Counselor and man of personal experience, I understand hardship and struggle. My goal objective is to assist individuals, couples, and families with direction for their mental and emotional stability. My area of focus is children ages 12 and up and their families, post traumatic stress disorder, addiction, and general life issues such as heart break, financial difficulties, and unfairness. Allisha Minor, a Marriage & Family Therapist, takes passion in working with clients she serves to help them achieve their goals while challenging them to work through issues that keep them stagnant. In her 17 years in the behavioral health field, she has earned 2 Masters degrees and worked with ages from 3yrs to elderly. She tailors therapy surrounding a CBT, EFT, Contextual, Solution Focused, Narrative, and/or Person Centered therapy approach while incorporating other techniques to fit the clients problem. She specializes in working with clients who struggle with self-esteem, relationship, anxiety, depression, and LGBT issues. In addition to being a professional, she a mother and poetry writer. She is looking forward to servicing adolescents, adults, and couples within the practice.
