Hi, I’m Dr. Danielle Levy—a licensed clinical psychologist with a deep passion for helping people untangle the thoughts, fears, and patterns that keep them stuck. I specialize in working with clients who struggle with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), anxiety, and perfectionism—especially when the mind feels like it just won’t quiet down. I became a psychologist because I know how painful it can be to live with a mind that constantly second-guesses you, criticizes you, or demands more. Whether it’s the relentless pressure to get things “just right,” fear of making a mistake, or anxiety around food and body image, I help clients reconnect with what really matters—beyond the noise. In therapy, I use a blend of evidence-based approaches like CBT, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also bring warmth, humor, and deep respect for the courage it takes to show up and do this work. My style is active, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that real change is possible—when we learn how to turn toward discomfort rather than away from it. If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to start, you're not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself. Therapy with me is a place to slow down, get curious, and build a different relationship with your thoughts, body, and emotions. Together, we’ll work toward a life driven by your values—not by fear or self-doubt.
