Introduction

I am a bilingual (English-Spanish) clinical health psychologist dedicated to provide psychological services to patients with variety of psychological and health-related concerns. I’m committed to helping patients learn how to navigate uncomfortable feelings related to adjustment to medical diagnosis, life transitions, and other environmental stressors. I help my clients to explore and improve their self-knowledge and understand how is that brain and body are connected 100% of the time. I guide my patients into exploring what are the triggering points in their life, what helps them restore and achieve balance, and identify other areas for growth. I believe in a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their potential.
