Introduction
Welcome! My name is Dr. Elizabeth (Liz) Bisi (she/her) and I am a licensed clinical psychologist with extensive experience working within a variety of contexts, including private, community, and hospital-based outpatient treatment facilities. I specialize in providing evidence-informed and strengths-based care to individuals from early childhood to adulthood through the platforms of counseling, assessment, and consultation services. I am the creator and owner of Integrated Pathways Psychological Services, PLLC operating here in Washington state. This practice was formed with the ambition of providing quality, neuro-inclusive, culturally-responsive, and LGBTQ+ affirming psychological services within my local community. No two paths are the same and I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to be a teammate along the journeys of others. Outside of this space, I am a proud dog mom to a golden retriever with boundless energy and love for all, an avid gardener and plant parent, an early-stage crocheter, and a farmer’s market and small business enthusiast with a deep appreciation for long walks with friends or audiobooks.
