Welcome! I appreciate your interest in my practice. I have over ten years of experience as a therapist. I work with each client to provide a safe space that allows them to work through their substance misuse, relationship needs, or the navigation of their queer identity. I view clients as the experts of their lives, and my role is to assist them in navigating current issues. What sets me apart: 1. I am active in the Upstate community, training new therapists as Department Chair for the Converse University Master in Marriage and Family Therapy Program. 2. I have many years of experience leading Queer support groups and am the Past Chair for a national Queer and Trans Advocacy Network via AAMFT. 3. I am actively involved in research on substance misuse and the queer community and have presented at national and state-level conferences. If you are interested in speaking with me, please get in touch with me to set up a FREE 15-minute phone consultation.
