Introduction

I am a licensed psychologist specializing in the testing and treatment of ADD/ADHD, learning difficulties, anxiety, OCD, and depression. I have extensive training and experience in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and ADHD coaching. As a therapist and coach, I am energetic, engaged, and goal-oriented. My skills-based approach is individualized to target each client's goals and core values. Since 2010, I have combined my love for sports and clinical expertise in my work with student-athletes. I am an independent contractor for the Duke University Athletic Department, providing testing (ADD/ADHD and Learning Disability), consultation, and treatment services (e.g., stress/anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD coaching). I adhere to evidence-based practices, applying evaluation and treatment approaches that are supported by empirical research.
