Introduction

My early work focused on helping people with severe mental health problems. This led to my understanding that much of our suffering and pain results from not getting help when it is needed. Both large and small events can initiate the formation of patterns that lead us away from our health, wellness, and alignment with our empowerment and true life path. This is often the root cause of our suffering today and it can manifest in many ways. My studies in clinical psychology, Buddhist psychology, Depth Hypnosis, energy medicine, and shamanic practices led me to the realization that, with the right support, you can access powerful insights and healing. You can realize your powerful potential and true purpose.
