Welcome to Dr. H Family Therapy Our team of licensed and pre-licensed psychotherapists provide specialized services for children, teens, adults and families. We emphasize on supporting healthy relationships and purposeful growth for individuals and families. Our therapists focus on helping children, teens and families that have challenges that feel too big to overcome on their own. Each of our providers have their own specialities - including anxiety disorders, depression, perfectionism, low self-worth, ADHD, autism, school challenges, grief/loss, trauma, relationship issues, family conflict, nontraditional families, and more. We know that therapy can be intimidating and overwhelming, let us make this experience as comfortable as possible. How much does therapy cost? Unfortunately therapy may appear to be out of reach due to cost. We value your well being and want to make it as affordable as possible. Below are the standard rates, please discuss with your clinician if you need a sliding fee (reduced cost). The standard fee is $175 for individual therapy (standard sessions are generally 45-55 minutes in length); $225 for couples/family therapy sessions (50-55 minutes in length); and $195 for the intake session (60 minutes in length). Please note that payment is due in full at the time of your session. A credit card is kept on file and charged on the day of each session. Rates for Registered Associate Therapists (who are under clinical supervision until they complete the required 3,000 hours of supervised experience): $150 for individual sessions, $175 for couples/family sessions, and $170 for intake sessions.There is a 3% fee for credit cards with associates. No Surprises Act ~ In accordance with the No Surprises Act, clients not using their health insurance for services will receive a good faith estimate of the cost of services prior to beginning therapy. A brief 10-15 minute phone consultation is free of charge and you can speak directly with our therapists to see if you are a good fit for your personal needs and to set up an appointment time that works with your schedule.
