Introduction

Life can sometimes be filled with unexpected challenges and difficult emotions. I would love the opportunity to support you through your journey. I highly value the therapeutic relationship and work to build an environment where you feel safe, accepted, valued, and understood. Everyone is unique and I work to tailor the counseling process to meet your specific needs. Most importantly, I want you to feel that you are in the care of someone who can help you meet your goals. I offer a free phone consultation to help you decide. I also offer virtual sessions to make counseling more convenient and comfortable for you. I have helped many individuals, couples, and families find improved self-understanding and happiness. Some of my specializations include grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, parent training, and relationship concerns. I also have extensive training and experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder. In addition to providing direct counseling services, I have specialized training in the administration and interpretation of assessments. A variety of assessments are available, including IQ, learning processes, emotional and behavioral functioning, personality, ADHD, development, social and adaptive skills, and autism diagnostic testing.
