Everyone has the capacity to change and grow given the space to breathe, to be curious. There is an art and science to the practice of psychology. Mostly there is hope. I warmly invite you to have me support your healing journey. Hope Psychology LLC offers a solid foundation: I received my Doctorate of Psychology from The University of Denver in 2004; during and since my training, I have been offering individual therapy to ages young adults thru the lifespan. I am experienced at both a spectrum of severity and types of concerns as well as varied therapy approaches.
