Introduction

Hello & Welcome! I am so glad you are here. Please take a moment to give yourself credit for taking this step towards doing you. I know it’s not always easy. I am a Licensed Mental Health Practitioner who specializes in integrative medicine for mental health & intimate wellness. I am also a Certified Sexologist + Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I have several years of experience in psychosexual research, education, therapy, coaching, and consulting. I have been active on local radio shows and featured in local magazines.  My passion is assisting individuals in areas including, but not limited to: loving yourself, dating, intimate and partner communication, relationship concerns, intimacy issues, gender identity, body image, self-esteem and sex-esteem, anxiety and depression, sexual orientation, sexual trauma, sexual difficulties, sexual pleasures, discovering and embracing your sexual self, developing and maintaining a healthy and pleasurable relationship, and (Re)creating the spark in your intimacy. I do my best to create a safe and comfortable space for you to come in and talk openly and freely. We will take the time to establish rapport and go at your pace. I will guide you in being able to have your voice (inside and outside of sessions) and "set the stage" for what works for you throughout our journey. I have extensive experience in working with both individuals and couples of all ages and stages of life. Throughout my years of experience, I have identified that focusing on one presenting concern and sending patients on their way was not enough, which has lead me to get certified as an Integrative Mental Health Practitioner and create my own Integrative Model focusing on all aspects of the Self. My approach is individualized, personalized and comprehensive to meet my patients where they are at in life, understand what is going on, and help them to move forward living their better-best life.
