Introduction

As a psychologist, my journey started with a simple curiosity about human resilience, which has evolved into a passion for helping people become the best version of themselves. I specialize in creating a safe space for individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, work and life stress, and a variety of other mental health issues. Whether you're looking to build on previous experience or feeling overwhelmed by life, I'm here to help. My approach is all about you. I blend evidence-based techniques like cognitive behavioral therapy and interpersonal therapy with a friendly, supportive style. Together, we'll create a personalized plan that feels comfortable and effective for you. Therapy can feel daunting, but rest assured, there's no judgment here. I meet you where you are, with empathy and understanding. Each session is a success if it helps you gain insight, feel more at ease, and see a brighter future ahead. With experience in diverse settings, I've developed a skill for tailoring solutions to fit your unique needs. My goal is simple: to help you achieve your goals and live your best life. Together, we'll navigate this journey, one step at a time. Dr. Goldblatt holds advanced degrees from Columbia University and the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. He obtained formalized training at community-based mental health clinics, the Department of Veteran Affairs, and the Department of Defense. Dr. Goldblatt has professional experience at nearly every level of mental health intervention, including home-based care, outpatient mental health therapy, inpatient hospitalization, residential treatment, and emergency crisis intervention. Trained as a generalist, Dr. Goldblatt has experience treating anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, psychosis, PTSD, and several other common mental health concerns.
