I believe we can achieve more than just the "good enough" in our careers, our passions, our relationships, and our lives. It's time to stop going through the motions and selling yourself short. I treat adolescents and adults, implementing techniques from an array of modalities, with the goal of empowering a liberation from disruptive symptoms and dissatisfying relationship patterns.
