Greetings, Today many people face all types of mental and physical stressors that were not significant problems just a few years ago. Concerns about employment, family, finances, housing, and personal health have resulted in increased levels of anxiety and depression. Successful management of these personal and physical stressors involves the uncovering of counter-productive behavioral patterns and addressing the negative perceptions that may limit a person’s ability to experience a fulfilling and meaningful life.
