In my work, I balance acceptance and validation with a strengths based approach to help clients build insight and take steps towards their goals. I prioritize building an authentic therapeutic relationship to help facilitate trust during treatment. I provide informed DBT therapy, CBT and BA treatment. I am a HAES aligned provider.
