I am passionate about helping people learn more about themselves and their relationships so they can live a more meaningful, connected, and authentic life. In particular, I have a heart for people who have gone through experiences that have pushed them to question who they are and what they want out of life. These experiences can be so hard to grapple with but I strongly believe that on the other side, we can experience a deeper sense of self and stronger relationships. My hope is to support you in dismantling who you think should be and becoming who you really want to be. Perhaps, you just became a parent or found out that you are neurodivergent. Maybe you are going through a break up or friendship loss. Sometimes these shifts can bring up anxiety, depression, and overall identity questions. My goal is to provide a safe and collaborative environment for you to find relief from current stressors and deeper meaning overall.
