Introduction

Welcome to Whole Family Health. I believe that the entire family needs support when something is off balance. I recognize that everyone has their own unique needs and way of operating in the world. Sometimes this doesn't fit the world around us; sometimes that means helping to change the individual and sometimes that means helping to change the world. I hope to be able to sit down and listen to your experience and your needs. We all build our families with hopes and dreams for how we imagine life will be. Sometimes this doesn't go exactly as we planned. My hope would be that I can help to support you and your family, to explore what is working, and where things may need further support and exploration to return to balance and healthy happiness. I am a neurodiversity-affirming, positive, and solution-focused clinical psychologist with over a decade of work with children and families of all ages. I work well with neurodiverse families, generational cycle breakers, school struggles and much more using individual, group, parent guidance and relational system work. What this means is that I listen to what your unique family needs and help create systems of support for you. If you’ve been struggling to find someone who really sees you, let’s talk!
