Introduction

I am a licensed psychologist and Assistant Director at CBT Los Angeles specializing in evidence-based therapy for anxiety disorders (i.e., obsessive-compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, specific phobia, panic disorder, social anxiety, and generalized anxiety). I also have specialized training in treating depression, insomnia, anger management, eating disorders, chronic pain, and relationship communication problems. I am extensively trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Prolonged Exposure (PE). I also am trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Integrative Behavioral Couple Therapy (IBCT). I see adolescents, adults, and couples. The therapeutic relationship is an integral component to successful treatment. Therefore, trust is built through honesty, empathy, and kindness throughout sessions. I work to create a strong foundational relationship with clients and integrate cultural, diversity, interpersonal, and strengths-based factors to tailor treatment to each unique individual.
