I came to love the field of psychology at a young age, when I experienced my own grief and losses. As a teenager, I was introduced to the field of psychology when I worked with foster children and grew deeply passionate about the way in which early relationships shape us throughout our lifespan. I also had some amazing coaches in high school and college that exposed me to the importance of examining how our minds impact the way we in which we perform and the way in which our world is shaped. Sports have always played a considerable role in my life and I enjoy integrating my love for sport with my love for understanding how our minds and bodies are inextricable. I continue to find joy in being active and recreating. I am a Colorado native and am trilled to be back "home" after traveling and living across the country while completing my education and training. I love all this beautiful state has to offer and enjoy hiking, biking, camping, running, skiing, yoga, and playing soccer with my husband and two young children! I would love to hear about your history and work with you on creating the best approach to moving forward in your life.
