I am a licensed clinical psychologist in Connecticut and Massachusetts and certified school psychologist in Connecticut, New York, and Illinois. Using an integrative approach, my therapeutic style is grounded in compassion, honesty, humor, and humility. Whether you want to address a particular concern within your life, navigate a new transition, recover from a recent or past trauma, shift negative behavior patterns, or resolve uncomfortable feelings or emotions, I am here. Learn new strategies and skills to reduce worry, obsessive analyzing, and hypervigilance. I can help you learn to calm and soothe yourself, begin to trust yourself and your choices, regain your energy for your life and loved ones, and feel like yourself again.
