I believe you are the expert in your own life, and I am here to empower you to be the best version of yourself. I take a humanistic approach and practice cultural humility in my work with clients. I can support you with role transitions, such as parenthood, pregnancy, relationships, and significant life events, such as trauma, loss, chronic illness, and aging. If you are struggling with your identity and place in the world, I can help with a balance of compassion and guidance. I have specialized training in evidence-based practices in improving sleep, addressing experiences of trauma, and substance use. However, I view each client as an individual and value taking an eclectic approach to our therapeutic relationship. I also value diversity and work with my clients in understanding their life experience. I will collaborate with you in your treatment and will practice respect and integrity in my work with you. I am exclusively a tele-health provider and can offer you virtual sessions from the convenience of your home or office and will ensure you are comfortable meeting. I look forward to working together.
