Specialties: Anxiety, Trauma, Sex Therapy, Stress, Sexual Dysfunction,

Introduction

ADHD, Anxiety, and Sexual Health don’t exist in silos, especially when you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of how to get your needs met. You might be carrying shame, guilt, or fear that’s left you questioning your worth, your desires, or your ability to thrive in relationships. When anxiety is in the driver’s seat or ADHD hijacks your focus and follow-through, it’s easy to lose touch with your body, your pleasure, and your power. You deserve support that doesn’t pathologize your experience, but helps you understand it. You deserve to feel confident, secure, and connected in both your mind and your relationships. I'm a licensed clinical social worker, certified sex therapist, and clinical sexologist with specialized training in ADHD and its impact on emotional, relational, and sexual functioning. I work with individuals and couples across the lifespan navigating: Sexual dysfunctions (e.g., low desire, pelvic pain, erectile concerns) Paraphilic interests and kink exploration Anxiety, trauma, and the stress response cycle ADHD and executive function barriers related to intimacy and identity In our work, we’ll make space for honesty, education, and curiosity. I blend science-backed strategies with deep validation and a no-judgment approach. I’m direct, warm, and collaborative, and I’ll both challenge and cheer you on as you reconnect with the version of yourself you’ve been missing. Therapy isn’t just about feeling better. It’s about finally feeling seen.
