Introduction

Do you struggle with setting good routines? What about feeling tired and sad all the time? Have you recently had a baby and feel more down than usual? I am here to help. For over six years, I have conducted treatment in Oklahoma City, OK. I am a doctor of behavioral health, a LPC, and LPC supervisor who conducts psychotherapy for patients throughout their lifespan. I want to help you be the best version of yourself. I currently work with veterans and civilians who struggle with substance use and recovery along with treating a plethora of other mental/behavioral health needs. I have extensive experience handling highly acute cases, including but not limited to chronic health conditions, comorbid conditions, and trauma. I am certified in trauma-informed care, women's health, integrated care, and Autism. By utilizing empathy, patient-centered care, and evidenced-based screening tools, I pinpoint the debilitating issues to treat. I have experience treating patients who suffer from a wide range of symptoms. I believe in Whole Person Care and want to ensure my patients have a positive experience in treatment. I prefer a patient-centered approach to allow the trust to build to ensure the patient feels safe and secure in the environment.
