Dr. Chou, a former assistant professor of couple and family therapy at Alliant International University in Irvine, California, has experience teaching and supervising in accredited therapy programs for over a decade. She works in private practice in New York. She concentrates on services to diverse populations and understanding of marginalized experiences. She has extensive experience working with teens , parents with teens, inter-racial couples, LGBTQIA relationships, and Asian families. Her work has been presented in journals and major conferences nationally and internationally focusing on training and working with various Asian communities.
