Introduction

Accepting new patients. Navigating mental health challenges can be overwhelming. Does your teenager need strategies to handle anxiety, depression, ADHD, or trouble in school? Or maybe your toddler needs help with behavior, tantrums, toileting, sleeping, or eating? Does your child needs help adjusting to big changes: a new school, problems with friends, divorce, or a new and confusing medical diagnosis like diabetes, epilepsy, or migraines? Or perhaps you just need a place to talk, process, and grow? I have helped families navigate these challenges and more, creating space for positivity, warmth, gratitude, flexibility, and bravery. Your family deserves science-backed strategies that are tailored to your unique strengths, dynamics, and concerns. For over 10 years, I provided therapy in hospitals, including Nemours Children's Hospital and the Cleveland Clinic. I can help your family have better days, more laughter, more good moods, more understanding, more easy moments. You can do this. I use science-based approaches like CBT, ACT, PCIT, and DBT. I will build a warm, compassionate, and authentic partnership with your family so that we can work together as a team. You don't need to do this alone.
