Here at Flourish Behavioral Health, we believe in using a combination of approaches to achieve the best outcome for our clients. Most of our sessions will have a foundation of Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and we will work together to incorporate other techniques such as Solution-Focused Brief therapy, DBT, Psychoeducation, Faith-Based Perspectives and Applied Behavioral Modification and many other applicable approaches as requested and appropriate. After a comprehensive initial biopsychosocial assessment, a treatment plan will be developed with the aim of establishing problematic symptom relief, quality of life improvement/restoration and coping skill generalization.
