I have over 15 years of experience helping adolescents and adults overcome depression, anxiety, and eating related issues. Using concrete, evidence based approaches, including EMDR, I help people improve their mood, manage their anxiety, and develop a healthy relationship with food and their bodies. Millie Dr. Millie grew up in the Midwest, and moved to Colorado for school and the mountains. She enjoys the outdoors, including skiing, camping and hiking. She earned a BS in Psychology from CU Boulder, and Masters and Doctorate Degrees in Clinical Psychology from the University of Denver Graduate School of Professional Psychology. She has over 15 years experience in working with people struggling with eating disorders and other mental health issues at all levels of care, from inpatient and IOP, to out patient care.
