Dr. Nakumbe is certified skills trained in trauma-informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Behavior Activation and Exposure Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills training, and a Certified Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapist. Additionally, Dr. Nakumbe is intentional about providing culturally competent care to diverse clients.
