Introduction

Are you feeling lost and completely overwhelmed? Have you found yourself struggling to cope and feeling burnt out lately? Are you wanting to heal from past trauma? Maybe you've been feeling on edge and out of control when things go wrong. You may be having a hard time in your relationships and wonder if you're the problem because you've always felt lonely, unwanted, and disconnected. Or maybe you've noticed that you're extra hard on yourself and are struggling with the sense that deep down you're not good enough. If any of these descriptions resonate with you, please know that you're not alone and we can figure things out together. My goal as we work together is for you to begin to develop a sense of stability and feel like you can function better in your life. You'll better understand yourself, explore what is and isn't working for you, and process painful parts of your past that hold you back from making helpful changes. You'll also deepen your ability to build healthy relationships. My approach to therapy is to connect deeply with you and foster a space for mindfulness, healing, and self-acceptance. I am warm and non-judgmental, but also direct. I have extensive experience working with college students and young professionals. Reach out via email for a free consult to ask questions and get a better sense of how we could work together.
