Introduction

GAP Counseling LLC is one portion of a Wellness Center, The Grace and Peace Center. The center offers mental, spiritual, physical and financial resources to the community. Dr. Nickolas Spears Jr. is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the Richmond, Virginia, community. He holds a Master's degree in Mental health and wellness counseling from New York University and Ph.d. in Counselor Education from Virginia Commonwealth University. Currently, I offer individual therapy, premarital and marital, and couples counseling, as well as group therapy. My therapeutic approach is cognitive behavioral Therapy, person-centered, psychodynamic, and existentialism. In-person and telehealth services are currently available.
