Introduction

I have been working with adolescents and young adults in the Pacific Northwest for over a decade. I love meeting with clients who are experiencing transitions in life and helping them find new ways to cope and build on their own resiliency. Some of my speciality areas are depression, anxiety, healing from trauma, emotion regulation, family/relationship concerns, identity concerns, and managing suicidal thoughts. I have previously worked in hospital and university mental health settings.
