I am a physician with more than ten years of experience as a clinical psychiatrist. I am Board Certified and licensed to practice medicine in the State of Vermont. I completed a residency in general adult psychiatry. I have a degree in psychology, a master and a doctorate in biomedical sciences. I published scientific papers and served as medical director. I can only provide services to Vermont residents. Payment is Out-of-Pocket Only with Credit Card. Clients may be able to use their FSA/HSA or get a tax deduction. It is not possible to accept payment from patients who have Medicare.
