Dr. Nadir has been a social worker for 20 years and has served children, youth, and their families since 1997. She gravitated towards this field because there is such a need to help families grow spiritually, emotionally, socially, and mentally. Dr. Nadir specializes in trauma-based treatment and uses evidence-based treatment modalities to address client needs. Dr. Nadir is a licensed clinical social worker in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia. She is a certified trauma specialist, certified as a motivational interviewer, and has a diversity and equity certification.
