Introduction

I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years of experience. My aim is to create an empathic and empowering therapeutic environment for every person who seeks my services. I tailor treatment to the unique needs and strengths of each person by flexibly integrating techniques from a variety of clinical frameworks including psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, interpersonal, attachment-based, and solution-focused therapy. Through our collaborative work in treatment, I strive to enhance your insight into the struggles you experience, help you to cultivate resolutions that improve your quality of life, bolster self-acceptance and resiliency, and establish skills to manage symptoms more effectively. I have experience in a variety of clinical settings and conduct psychological evaluations when appropriate virtually. Although I have extensive experience providing services to children, adolescents and adults, my current focus is on adults of any age. Both my Master's Degree in Education and Doctorate in Clinical Psychology were earned from Pace University in Manhattan.
